From a salary point of view, they have a strict band system for developers; there is no flexibility as per their role and responsibilities. I must say the hierarchy system is poor; 3–14-year-old employees are working as senior programmers.

... speak about a home outside your in the true sense, that's Impressico for you. Let it be compensation benefits or quality of work, in every aspect, Impressico wins. Work stress is also minimal. You complete your work, you go home. This is something that is practiced in reality here, not by words. The learning curve is exponential due to the variety of projects and/or the learning programs.

...any has a friendly environment to work and the seniors are always ready to help. They provide on-time salary and the salary hike is also very good as per industry. We get chance to upgrade ourselves to new technologies. The management and HR is very cooperative.
