New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Company is good. I worked here around 2.5 years as a sales and service engineer. Salary is on time. Company considers it's employees as a family member. All are very gentle man. I worked under das sir and Abhishek sir both are very humble. Owner ( srinath sir) is very gentle man. I resigned because I got good opportunity in my home town otherswise I wanted to work here for long.

... a peice of Paper, there is nothing like policy they do what ever they think....even they don't pay your salary if you leave if you have signed your bond or bond they will hold your salary and expense. Expense not cleared at time.
