Manager's behaviour are too bad No job security No work life balance They don't have money to pay in notice period. If employee dependency will over during notice period next day they will fire won't keep you single day. Chindi company .

I wish I could love something about the company. At most you probably will get to work on different technologies but that is also for short duration. The products are terrible and not optimized at all for good performance.

Dislikes

...killed labor. Politics is played by everyone and most by upper management folks. You manager likely wont be able to give appraisal more than 10% as salary hike.

...ation whole team will get jealous of this and they just talk about this only. Salary and benefits are good as per industry standards.but remember if they are paying you high they will take more work from you

Too much politics as there are lot of old employees who are responsible for this. There behaviour is also like this that they are running this organisation and they are the owners also they don’t have manners to talk in meetings

..., and approachable Leadership/HR. Plenty of learning initiatives are provided. Annual salary hike far better in comparison to other services based firms(say TCS, Infy, Wipro etc) Sense of job security

Less flexibility when it comes to changing project (perhaps its an issue with most other companies as well)

* Sometimes there is way too much micromanagement. * Pay is not that great when compared to other service based firm and product based form. * Learning opportunities are less. * Project that I worked on was very mundane.
