...cedure, they gave me a short assignment to test my writing ability and I passed. First of all there was no contract or proper documents provided in regards to salary, internship, etc. The supervisor "Alisha Chabbra" just sent me a little voice note where she told me about the work and pay per word but it was very vague. I had no clarity but I still chose to give it a try. She gave me a task where I had to write 200 words for an SOP. I submitted that after around 3 hours of work. To my utter horror, the supervisor lashed out at me, first on watsapp and then on call, accusing me of "AI usage" to the full degree in my work. She just used a random AI generator to check, not even a professional tool. The way she spoke to me was absolutely disgraceful and arrogant. I complained to the manager mailing him about my resignation and the absolute illiterate behavior of their supervisor. And the manager told me that he'll discuss but he never called. *no internship or joining letter *ambiguous in terms of salary *immature people working as Supervisors/editors *you can be falsely accused and the managers won't ever bother about your concern

Over worked, no personal or family life, Salary hikes are just barely 8%, Trained everyone at the center and other branches with knowlege and skills (Never do that otherwise you become indespensable), Dont give work exp letters and appoinment letters automatically (Have to ask otherwise they dont bother to give), no salary slips given (Until you ask), Company is not registered so if you want Form 16 you will be given salary from their Sister-concern (Bunny Trading Company), holidays are not freely given, Was transferred back to Santacruz branch when was heading the Borivali branch for no reason (Gave me a warning that if I dont shift I am welcome to leave the org), slowly started removing me from various responsiblities and when my PC Crashed at home (May 2020) they didnt pay me my salary and in June I was told Im no longer required without any prior notice .. No compensation given either after working with them for 4 Yrs.. (I developed the Borivali Branch from inception to what it is now - Gave my all to the company and this branch and this is what I got treated at the end .. Felt very hurt and betrayed ... Shocked to the core that some company would do this to an employee with 15 Yrs of career exp who brought their branch up by giving profits within the first year itself ..
