Poor work management, no option for growth, the owner tries to take advantage of every employee, poor salary with no incentive option, too much of politics by top management.

Consumables/Reagents team is the worst one in this company with a very empty headed leader who cannot plan or strategize anything. No trainings will be given or no one will brief anything about the job. No learning here, the only thing happening is some stupid politics. Masters and Ph.D. degree holders please do not join.
