Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. There is politics every where, if there you have good or higher position reference there then no matter You do work or not.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, and good sallery, and bonous every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of working place is good and the management. Salary is decent but carrier gry is low. On the job training is not given to new joined.
