Nothing, I give them 6 sale And they don't pay my incentive of 4 sales out of 6

Their commitments are zero they don't pay incentives even though they don't give you credit for your work I have seen many companies but the way they hype their company like they are builders have good management etc there is nothing like that some people in this organization are really bad they even spoil your career even HR don't have full knowledge of management like relieving letter experience letter I can only say that if you are currently growing your career then don't join this company but if you are any retired person or above 30-35 years then you can plan for joining this company I just want to say one more thing that director needs to take strict action against some people like Mr Sanjay Mishra because they are creating company bad image in the market.

It is one of the worst companies to work with .. ...delayed salaries , No work culture ,no professional ethics , Commissions delay to brokers , miscommitments and office politics .

Company has a good ambiance, creative ideas for growth of works and self skills development ( open minded culture) supported by seniors as well. I liked to get great idea that how to resolve queries of existing clients and how to manage relationship with existing clients towards services......(CRM).

Friends if you are highly erudite and more experienced employee and you are working in big real estate company and if you got any opportunity from Imperia Structures ltd then you should avoid/ignore this. The culture of the company is bull shit , you will find ill mannered, uneducated and unexperienced employees and if you join as a Head of the department then its fine else the juniors are very blunt. The language of the old employees are pathetic, the HR people are helpless and the owner who doesn't care. So you will be trapped. I have given one star as I didn't had any choice....

There's no ethics , no work culture every department except Admin from HR to OPs, Training and Sales everywhere from Top to Bottom people being made false commitment in every manner. I haven't good things to share with you guys in my short span of work experience of one year. regards,
