I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Worst company, if you working in imperia life sciences company, it is totally waste of time of your carrier, not proper working environment, no discussion about innovative ideas. Head of department and directors panel are cheaters. No career growth, not proper guidance given by any employee.

Dislikes

No management in company, no planning for work, no industrial rules follow by company, daily timming is 9:30 to 6:00, means 9:30 hours daily working time, 57 working hours in a week. Parsality with employe. Rules are not same for all employee.
