No work life balance, huge pay parity, mostly under staffed and lot of dependency on existing employees.

You will like everything here starting from work ethics, environment, culture but foremost the people.

Appraisals are not that good so don't have any expectations, however, offered salary during joining time will be okayish (mostly because of high in-hand salary)

Only salary don’t get fooled by thier packages

Firing, no job security Worst work culture Lot of politics Worst management Negative work environment always stressful Support till night 12 am and more than that Just they will give high package don’t get fooled you will struggle more than hell here.If you have other company with less offer as well go for that blindly

At the end of the day, we all work for money. Unfortunately, there’s no proper salary hike here. If you’re planning to join, make sure to negotiate for a high package upfront. Don’t expect significant hikes or promotions later. Growth opportunities are mostly reserved for those who are close to the managers

1) CEO has a great vision and mission towards the company. 2) Flexible Timing 3) They are in sync with new technologies.

...ppraisal and few people are controlling entire thing. (Fair Appraisal not there.) 7) Salary less than current market. 8) Job Security is not there.
