Impelsys is providing both Product and services projects. You work as a team. Manager and leads will stand with you for the delivery. Most of the time you will find a good work life balance if you are part of product team.

They are giving good salary package

Dislikes

...lance. Manager asks you to work from morning 9 till night 12 for several months. No extra or over time pay. Very less holidays. You do not get recognised. Biased peoples. No job security. After working for one year they are asking me to resign forcefully. Very toxic work culture.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
