They are giving good salary package

...lance. Manager asks you to work from morning 9 till night 12 for several months. No extra or over time pay. Very less holidays. You do not get recognised. Biased peoples. No job security. After working for one year they are asking me to resign forcefully. Very toxic work culture.

As a fresher you get to learn a lot and will be a part of many things, your work will not be constrained to a single a domain.

Dislikes

No work life balance, huge pay parity, mostly under staffed and lot of dependency on existing employees.

Firing, no job security Worst work culture Lot of politics Worst management Negative work environment always stressful Support till night 12 am and more than that Just they will give high package don’t get fooled you will struggle more than hell here.If you have other company with less offer as well go for that blindly

At the end of the day, we all work for money. Unfortunately, there’s no proper salary hike here. If you’re planning to join, make sure to negotiate for a high package upfront. Don’t expect significant hikes or promotions later. Growth opportunities are mostly reserved for those who are close to the managers

...ppraisal and few people are controlling entire thing. (Fair Appraisal not there.) 7) Salary less than current market. 8) Job Security is not there.
