Dislikes

1) Company is in loss, they don't have funds to provide you salary. Salary is delayed for 1 or 1.5 months. 2) No latest technologies to work on. 3) No communication from your manager. 4) They will say only good about the company. But there are many loop holes, that will get to know from the employees who are working there. 5) No professionalism at all. 6) They only say that there is flexibility for working hrs. But they will call you any time. 7) I don't understand why all the old employees are still working here infact they know the truth.

Dislikes

Worst internship in my life. They will revoke your offer and will extend internship. They say ctc is in between 4-6 but they will start from 3.5. Wasted my 3 months.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
