Salary is not paid - Don't expect salary for first few months (consider you as slave). Also don't expect appraisal. Work culture - They don't care about your family, all they want is 24/7 work (even in covid-19 period). Work timings - Office time is 9AM-6PM , but if you are late by 1 minute in morning (9.01 AM) you need to face severe disciplinary action, but they wanted all employees to extend work after 6PM till midnight all day. No Leaves - Even though you have leaves, it will not be approved easily. They will say all silly reasons to reject your leave (even for 1 day). All the quick meetings will be mostly in break hours only, so that you cannot do your personal work in break hours. No benefits - No health insurance or extra benefits. They will monitor you all the time(micro management), even you are not allowed to have a chat with colleagues. Travel - This job requires no travel, but they wanted employees to do works(not related to office) also sometimes.
