Literally nothing. Full of scams. From owner to managers, all toxic people who scams candidates and employees.

Dislikes

This organization is a scam overall. It has so many branches in Tamil nadu and Kerala. And mostly none of the branches are registered. And plenty of employees work under those branches without knowing it's not a registered company. This organization never care about their employees, it is designed to make profits only for them and leaves the employee behind after using them to gain all the profits that they want. They target mostly freshers. Candidates fall for their sweet words and fall into their traps and makes a huge impact for their career.

Likes

Working at Impact is terrible as they do not pay you salary on time sometime the salary is delayed for at least 1 month and there is no communication. The worst company to work in.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance while working at Impact. The travel allowance is so low that we have to sometime pay it from out own pocket. The salary was usually don on 10th of the next month but if there was any delay they would send an email on the end of day on 10th of the month. Sometimes the salary would be delayed by a month and there would be no proper communication. Also after leaving the company it has been more than 1 year the full and final settlement is still not done and the accounts department and the CEO do not reply to any emails regarding to the settlement details. They do no provide any medical insurance to their employees as well. Impact is a bad place to work in as the management does not care about the employees.

Likes

Since Five years I'm working here and under many seniors but I'm very much satisfied under all of them. Subordinates are very disciplined and active. Almost all Partners/funded institutions are good at their honest work. Overall good and satisfying environment to work at IIMPACT

No any such conditions I ever faced
