The MD of the company is personally looking into the operations of the company and interfering and resolving the issues which are raised normally in working of the company. The Company's core values and purposes; are the back bone of the company and MD is very serious about the same and ensures the employees are living the same each day. As soon as the COVID19 pandemic was declared by WHO, The MD had declared work from home to all employees before the lockdown by government; ensuring the safety of all Staff. During the COVID19, the business has been impacted very badly but the MD has not curtailed any salary nor has laid of any employees and ensured all the staff salaries are paid on time. All the facilities are given to the employees here the Company has five days a week working, National Holidays, and Leaves are act are given to employees, birthday celebrations are done of all staff, Every month best employee is declared and appreciated for their work. Yearly employees get together is done with outing with outstation stay where by all fun activity is done. All employees enjoy the work culture here at Impact. The Employees here enjoy working and the company policies and increments do'nt let them to think of other jobs. I feel proud to work with Impact Public Relation Pvt. Ltd. and have a good bond with all staff.
