Company is not good .there is multiple rules .& 2month notice period .salary is not on time & also salary slip is getting after 25th every month.. Suggest everyone to pls do not join the impact.there are no increment for franchise resource.. Future is not get secure in impact infotech.

Their credit salary after I week no increment their provide very salary ,no other benifits bonus appraisal etc .no paid leaves even normal leaves ,they will made us absond even we are loyal to company for 3 years they even don't credit salary also mostly they don't follow their own HR policies no HR support working in this to gain experience is ok but experienced person don't join

Backend team without maneger and engineer is supporting..

I was working in this company last one year but maneger deducted salary because of part CT number missmatched and than I paid the amount but maneger not given me return part which I have to paid... Maneger always said that if not a mountain than than leave it.. maneger torcher the Enggineer about work..

After resignation all the processes are very slow, delay in reliving letter. We have to chase them for salary and experience letter after completion of notice period.

....Tgey are supporting us alot . I am at my home from the first day og lockdown i.e 23 March bit , they give me salary without any deduction. .I am very thankfull for this .

I think if i write any negative point aboit this company then its not a good think because they have provide me complete salary even in lockdown . On the other hand in case of growth i think their is not too much good growth if we give look on salaries.
