Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Guys please dont join the company the people are bad. The will make you work till 24 hours and when you take comoff the manger will question you that in company no ones take com off why are you taking. Ypu will be not be allowed to take your own leave. Its horrible. you will be hired for one department but you have to work for all department and you can leave the office only affter manager leave. Your manager will not do any work she / will just forward to juniors and make you work and ask to complete all the task in minutes. There is nothing called HR policiy in organization Manager will come to office at 11 and but there is no one to question them you have to laugh as per manager wish and eat the food as per manager wish. life will be terrible. dont join this company.

You can like about making new friends only and the work culture is terrible you begging people for donation and the truth is they even not use the full money to help people they charge commission on the amount they given you sales target if you not completed so they put you in PIP means you lost your job within a month

All things are dislike no work life balance you need to work on Saturday or Sunday as well or even national or religious holiday they did not pay you incentive as well
