Nice salary hike and promotions on a regular basis. HR & Account department is very supportive. Operation management takes every feedback of employee very seriously and respond to it immediately. An employee can maintain a personal & professional work-life balance very well. Neither so much work pressure nor boss work culture. Mediclaim/Insurance policy is good & very flexible. Working from Home facility is also available. 12 Paid leaves and 7 Indian holidays. Office location is also decent and also main road touch. There is no such a bond at the time of joining. Overall the Immply company is a gold mine for those who need career and professional growth. So go for it.

Worst organisation with worst HR Team till I was there . You did not get salary slips moreover you had to calculate everytime if you got correct salary or HR had made any mistakes which often was the case..no immediate response to employee concerns moreover do not expect timely appraisal.. this should be the last and desperate option if you are thinking of joining

Immply is thus making sure that training, Job security, career growth, on time salary and on time appraisal cycles, innovative modes of working and thorough work life balance is percolated deep down in the company nerve system for coming up as the best place to work for employees.

...very positive and transparent and everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions. Good Pay structure, Good culture. Friendly Sr. Management and easily approachable.

...f how filthy an environment it is. A coworker at Immply's family member expired. They chose to cut his salary for the days he didn't come to work. They have no sympathy for their employees in any way. There is no Human resource person who can assist you with any help. You are completely under the mercy of Mr. Lalani and he does not care about you or your problems. There is no work culture. People who work there are the underbelly of society and I would ask whoever decides to apply here to wait till another opportunity comes your way. I know there are BPO's that take better care and are more understanding than this place. The employees here do not work at all and so if you are a motivated and career driven person. It's the last place you should apply. Also, there is a 60 day notice period that you get locked into. PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU GET INTO A CONTRACT WITH MR. SK LALANI!!
