Management and HR are worst. If you want to build your career in politics then join immersive vision tech. PVT. LTD. Its a best place to face office politics and worst management skills. Every positive review on glassdoor and google are fake. don't trust them. also they changed my working days after 2 months of joining and asked me to work on saturday. even there is no one in the office. and everyone is having saturday off. HR is horrible. she can't understand any situation and try to abuse you in any situation.

At this organisation you will get oppertunity to work with some of the top of founders they are from the top Business school and having excellent skills working with them will boost your confidence, the best part is they are very polite at work.

Dislikes

This organisation is having one the toxiest work culture, due to couple of un educated personals with no skill sets just because they are working close to upper management they will ruin all of your career and repo unless you start buttering them. They won't stop their negativity and toxicity untill and unless you resign or got the termination. For their own survival they can lower down at any level and will act very friendly with you.
