Management is too poor. They feels they're the boss. Sometimes they force us to work overtime but they don't pay for that. Work culture is too much toxic. TLs don't gives us our deserved leaves. I feel too much mental pressure here.

Just a normal IT solution company, they support you at the early stage, the best part is salary gets credited on the 30th of each month.

Dislikes

They get the most out of you at the lowest possible salary, for promotion (even if you deserve it), you have to keep in touch with your manager and do as he says.

Work life balance, Not required for extra time to fill up target.

The management of the company is getting very bad day by day, earlier everyone used to get salary or appraisal, now nothing happens. Very little though.

For a fresher it's ok to start but not a company for long term commitment because salary pay scale is too low, increment is so low that it can be considered as there's no increment at all. There's no growth opportunity as well. Career will be stuck at one place if working for long time.

Nothing to like a disgusting work environment, a lot of partiality, and a salary structure very pathetic.

If you are a relative like a husband or wife and so on or have an affair with your supervisor then only you have a promotion.
