...g term it's not suitable for career growth, appraisal is too low around 4 % - 5.5% in year , no bonus, no incentive, so much workload but payroll too small , I prefer this company for freshers for experience but not for career growth. But this company give you support for your education if you persuing any course with your job.

Yearly appraisal is too low around 4.5 % in a year & no bonus in a year , they put work load so much but in the end you can't expect a good salary from them

Most of the things , Salary increment is very poor Ethics are very less Anytime they can create situation to quite firing when your salary gets high. Complicated work culture.

... not talk about the management it's just terrible. Don't ever apply a job here! You'll never grow nor will your salary. I've been With this company for 3.5 years and to be really honest you won't be getting any experience certificate after you leave all you get is a relieved order which is Pathetic. They will never say that when you first join nor will they mention in their so called Offer letter... Stay away from this company. If you know how to butter Someone who's holding the Higher position you'll be promoted quickly but if you don't You'll stay the same.. I've never seen a company that doesn't provide any Travel Allowance Such a shame ofcourse they will Provide office cabs but you would have to walk a mile to reach your nodal point. They don't care about employees safety they will drop you half way no matter which shift you are in..

It's environment is good. They have good security system for women's.

Their salary structure is not acceptable at any point. Employee's doing same work with same efficiency and efforts but the difference in their salary is huge.

The company is no doubt a good company. Salary on time. They will not throw you away instead they will put you in a different project if you are unable to perform well.

Dislikes

The worst part of this company is only one project which is GFM. Only for this project people are leaving this company and sharing bad reviews about this company. Please request the HR not to put you in GFM. Else you are dead.
