Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

The college has talented students and staffs. I am really happy to work with that staffs. Our principal lead us in a proper way and motivate us to do difficult work in a simple manner. I had additional work Placement coordinator and Transport manager. I am appointed as a transport manager in a short period.

Dislikes

I didn't like our college infrastructure and management. They won't guide us properly and they gave lot of unnecessary work. It creates lot of pressure on staffs. There is no salary increment as well. The management won't believe staffs. They always doubted on staffs who are working or not.
