Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The institution was so good and I am learning for some more informations and very good teaching experience. My team mates are very friendly team. And we are all enjoying our work. And I am contribute my skills and knowledge. It was great experience for me. I am very satisfied with this.

My dislike are it's not growing up. It's like only such books throughout and teach the students. My knowledge is adopted by my syllabus only. This is my dislike.
