Innovated new methods in distribution system too, to ensure timely delivery of the products. Training is the feather in the cap for I Max.

Dislikes

More technology, less personal time. Often used to be caught in a technical issues, which took too long to resolve. Nothing in my control as some one sitting in B'lore should resolve. Difficult to convince the customer for the delay caused.
