Introducing new concepts in otherwise placid education industry, not only student centered but also teacher oriented and ease of using methods. More of technology based. Innovated new methods in distribution system too, to ensure timely delivery of the products. Training is the feather in the cap for I Max.

Dislikes

More technology, less personal time. Often used to be caught in a technical issues, which took too long to resolve. Nothing in my control as some one sitting in B'lore should resolve. Difficult to convince the customer for the delay caused.

Work Details

To manage team of BDMs in various districts, meeting the key decision maker of the schools and explaining the concepts, giving demos to teachers and management, closing the deal and getting advances. Also responsible for collection cycle.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
