There is a lot of poliices and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

This is a company with huge potential but the decision making of the management is very poor and not strategic at all . The burn due to lack of business is put on the employees and thus there is a huge dissatisfaction . The work review is placed at the time of appraisals and not before that , which is very terrible .

The only good thing here is Jain Food,Wifi and No manager’s. So doesn’t matter you work or not. Nobody to oversee your work.

Dislikes

Top management clueless about company. Use and throw policy , hiring for temporary problem solving. No strong person to lead the company in right direction. Top management all in andheri while factory in vasai. Travelling is pretty bad if you miss you bus. Certain individuals are favoured irrespective of work output

Unprofessional towards the working environment that they ask factory workers to work even on Sundays, No Social Distancing Maintained, Paid leaves not allowed to be taken, 30% Salary cut. 6-7% hike after 2 years.
