Higher Management is very keen to explore the new markets around the world. They have a great zeal and putting investments for this. Products are of Good Qualities. Just need to study and understand the individual markets and the competitors' products. and need to update and modify the products accordingly. The Company also ready for it.

The 2nd Step Management are still working on the traditional methods. They are even not ready to update their selves. The habit to through the ball from their hand to the others is a big problem. Just need to change this habit and they should take their own responsibilities.
