Imageminds is a fabulous place for a discipline and hard worker person, I have enjoyed a lot to work in this company. As a coordinator I realized it's very challenging to get work from the teammates, specially when the project used to be very creative and innovative but at the same time it's giving a superb feeling to handle these kind of project where so much to learn. Company management is very cooperative. Seniors are treating with respect and support wherever required.

Compensation is not up to the mark.

Will get a free time. Work life balance. Working environment based on the school which is allocated you.

Dislikes

There is a lot of internal politics and management doesn't care about your issue. Career growth is very slow. No management hierarchy.
