They have lot of communication issue within the organization Tamil dominated culture less appraisal, unorganised ,no team work ,no any good leaders and senior managements

It's healthy! As I've moved across teams, I've noticed that no one sticks on to a rigid hierarchy. 5 months new or 5 years old at Illumine-i, if you have an idea you'd like to execute, your managers, your tram mates, the senior leadership - they've got your back! This is a place of growth, so you may feel nudged out of you comfort zone. But opportunities are never denied. I'd say the culture is a balance of work and fun.

Dislikes

Nothing comes to mind immediately. I will have to nitpick to come up with things I don't like about this place - like I wish the office wasn't far from my home.

Great culture, friendly management

Dislikes

1.They will track everything you do after somedays you will feel like it as a micromanagement 2. There is not much to learn, if you are a fresher you will learn for the first six month after that everything you do is just a manpower job.

Likes

At Illumine-i you get the freedom to work in your own way and micromanagement is less. A great place for people who love exploring working with new things and taking up more new projects in hand.
