Good work environment and culture. Team-mates are supportive and the management they give poor salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a no bond on the job training is good for given to new joiners.

All types of machines can learn. Good company for skill development. But there is only contract system. No further growth

Dislikes

There is a contract system here, the permanent workers are not treated properly, there is a lot of confusion in the payments and the company management is also involved in this.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
