Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Likes

Good environment and team work culture. CMD's supportive nature for all employees.Good salary and bonus for lowest level workers. Good and healthy food facility. Rapidly action for injured case.

Dislikes

There is a lot of bad politics but management ignor several time because of limited workers.career growth is very slow.Training facility for new employment is not prominent.
