Salary on time is the only one factor writing here.

There are no tea breaks, not good conditions of toilets, even the imran TL, chandan( Sidharth) & Inder trainer is abusing on the floor & pressure everyone for sales. There are no leve as HR said, Fake all promises for telecallers, specially to youngsters.

...t my working days due to technical glitch has not been count as exception yet. 16 DAys my first month salary, Joined 17th april , exit- 17May KIndly i have worked total of 16days. salary day is conmoning and this is my first salary.

HR BiPn dont picup the call when really the he like yd, I want to see it grow and bring more opportunities with good packages.

Bad behaviour of managers, no fix time for salary disbursement, extended working hours without pay, no leave policiy, no peark benefits, no mediclaim facility, No PF deduction, unprofessional salary structure.

I have working in ileads for almost 1 year now, I have learned a lot so far. The working environment here is also very good, all our seniors and staff members are supportive, everyone listens to us and solves our problems. I have not yet felt that my voice has been ignored, it is a little late but I have done less.

Dislikes

Similarly, everything is good here but the problem of the system remains but the success is also reduced. we have to ask earlier about week-off but you can also take leave due to emergency. There was a little workload but at the same time there was time for entertainment. I also got bored because same work of everyday. Rest I am not saying that all employees will share same experience.
