Top management will eat your bonus amount and will show that you are not efficient, they will add your bonus amount in their own salary. They will take full advantage of company. Work load due to various fraud investigation by govt. agencies.

The lack of job security, employee benefits, salary increments, and bonuses can be disheartening for any employee. Working for an entire year only to receive a mere 5% appraisal can feel unrewarding and demotivating.

Current HR Head (Precisely ITNL & Roadstar)is pathetic unprofessional & bias ,he doesn't have any skill set of being in Human Resource Team he is just a reference hiring. If you are thinking to join HR team be ready you may be the next #EYPERSON if not patient No hire authority is going to help you in any issue because they are just enjoying there comfort zone

There are no hard deadlines. Till the time work is done in reasonable time you could try different technology to do so. Due to this there was a high learning curve.

Growth is dependent on your no of years of experience rather than skill.

bad management ,not proper sallary ,no sufficiant tools and meshinary.compention is desand but repution is very poor.hence senior folkks like me have step by step whichis pain some tims and project head bad planing. Not giving proper work to not proper satff .
