Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Job security is nothing but work culture and management is good because we were working at govt school through ILfs on contract basis but I didn't get my salary since 1.5 years so it's very difficult to survive

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high- quality products and has a global clients base . As a result ,I get to travel abroad especially to the USand Canada .But on- site travel is completely dependent on your project and client location.Mine is a US based client and they have some effect on toronto .Hnce I got B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various culture background, and we work happily collaboration.I also like to employ re-hier here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Managers do not value an individual unique strength ,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time.I do receive appreciation receipt from my clients but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal.There is no on the job traning for freshers.

Its a good comany who gives chance to grow well, but on ground level your seniors cant let you go high. Seniors only wants numbers of students any how, it can be fake or anything. My experience was 50-50, just to get appreciation from state head or regional heads your seniors can do anything. They only want numbers either fair or fake. Seniors treat you like anything. For others you are trainer but for them you are trainer, mobelizer, and everything . Trainer have to sit on road to distribute phamphlets of there Training Provider centers.
