Company is good, but some management are too poor in my site. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team.

poor system and organization management, drastic delay in monthly salary disbursement, also Full and final settlement settled in 7th month after proper resignation.

Salary and Housing/Travel provided by the company was good as per current market standards

Lack of projects, lack of skilled staff, no vision of the future and poor high level vigilence and management is reponsible for IL&FS declining curve

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
