...u enjoy that pressure. Work from home facility is a add on advantage they gave. You get salary on time 7th of every month if it's a off day then you get them prior to 7th but there is no chance you get salary on 8th.

Salary is always on time. Appraisals are decent if you perform well.

... about the technicalities of the project. 2. No compensation in terms of bonus. Salary is the only thing you get here 3. Retention rate is very low so new team members have no clue about the project when asked for guidance

Office time is good, senior team members are also good, salary on time is the best, senior leave management is very good, everyone gets leave on festival.Please open office again in Indore

... the leadership without any hesitation. All ideas are welcomed and acknowledged. The salary is always paid on time. The work here is very diverse and require not just technical skills but also logical thinking. Everyday you are challenged to think something fresh to make the current processes smoother.

Dislikes

As most of us are working from home, there should be some more employee-employee arrangements made, to enjoy the time spent here at Iksula. Apart from this, team outings are something that doesn't happen. Some more engagement with other team members apart from everyday work is most welcomed.

Great supportive co-workers. Salary Always on time. Decent increments.

Dislikes

No extra perks or any additional employee benefits. Since it's a 15-year-old company there should be some additional facilities/ benefits provided to employees. (Like team outings, gymnasium/ indoor sports, free transport or food coupons, etc)
