Lot of politics,Low Salary and 0% Job Security. When they fired people because of lack of work than they fire the best employees and keeps the useless one's because they have relations with upper management.

...u enjoy that pressure. Work from home facility is a add on advantage they gave. You get salary on time 7th of every month if it's a off day then you get them prior to 7th but there is no chance you get salary on 8th.

Except people who do not want to work at good and fine environment.

Salary is always on time. Appraisals are decent if you perform well.

... about the technicalities of the project. 2. No compensation in terms of bonus. Salary is the only thing you get here 3. Retention rate is very low so new team members have no clue about the project when asked for guidance

...y facilities (group insurance is there- but now it WFH- which becomes useless) Rest no any other facilities- you work and get pay

... well if works comes(which come all Saturday's) ...as indore office is working.. without any pay of comboff. ( Audit is really required for this company on its rules)
