Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive. Monthly training sessions are held. In-depth knowledge about CAD software. Soft-skill sessions are held weekly.

What i like about iksc is that it thaught me of how to become from an unemployable candidate to employable candidate.Knowledge about HR questions & how to deal with it alongwith other soft skills.

For design people they dont take cad test every week.

Nothing to like, it is completely a room full of fake promises for newly graduate students. Fake promise for 100% placement guarantee. Say self learning & gets free.

Starting with Fake psychometric Test from NASA. Getting all freshers with hopes full of 100% Job guarantee but no job in hand at time of completion of training.

This company is a training institute where you get exposure to work with a team as a fresher. They will charge you a huge amount. You will not get paid there. Yes if are really interested to learn then go this will be the best place to learn.

You have to learn every thing through Internet E classes are only available.
