...fication and benefits verification. And I didn't get full salary in first month. But for your salary deduction first you have to raise a HR ticket then after 4 5 days they reply you by saying you'll get your amount in next month's salary but you never get that remaining amount. Please make sure the job role before joining here.

For freshers it's a good company to start and gain knowledge in field of US Healthcare RCM because training and development team is very effective and good.

... own words. I would suggest to join here to get a good knowledge and experience. Not in terms of salary and compensation and career growth it's there if you are a outstanding performer. Management doesn't address your issue they will transfer your issue simply from one department to another regarding if this month some amount deducted unnecessarily if u raise issue they just ignore and transfer your issue to other and that department to other. If u are on a notice period they will not give u ur incentive for which u have worked in last quarter and that's the thing which is not mentioned in the policy also. If u raise this issue manager Will say company do like this only. So,I would just to join IKS to get a good knowledge and experience.

...talented person wont get chance to grow, how ever growth opportunities are less. Pay or incemtives are terrible i mean just worse.

...money for that to get become a clock reminder and tell HR,TL to get that money . They told me after 6 month there will be hike on the salary which i didn't get i told the same issue to my supervisor and even to the director they told we don't that no appraisal before 1 year and no company give any amount of appraisal in 6 month. I left that company in they company they told all the things which IKS promised but here i got everything even appraisal in 6month when i completed my probation period .

If you’re desperate for a job that pays on time IKS is a good company. Apart from that if you want career progress and increments then it is all political and this company is not at all worth it. And don’t even get me started on bonuses and extra allowances

Apart from timely payment of salary and incentives i feel IKS needs to have a huge scooe for improvement.
