Bad company policies: - Number of leaves less. - Salary is credited after the month ends, on the 1st working day of the next month. - When you resign, hold back 2 months' salary. - FnF is not completed even after 45 days after your LWD. - Worst IT department I have ever experienced.

-Worst egoistic Quality manager and her team leaders -they provide very less Salary for freshers and on the name of benefits they provide nothing. - as per record 5 workings days in week, but they called employees forcefully for the weekend and in return employees got comp off. And the comp off date decide the manager.
