-Worst egoistic Quality manager and her team leaders -they provide very less Salary for freshers and on the name of benefits they provide nothing. - as per record 5 workings days in week, but they called employees forcefully for the weekend and in return employees got comp off. And the comp off date decide the manager.

Worst work environment. Feel constant mental pressure while working. Inventory management is worst, not on time. Need to seat extra hours to complete your work. Not at all recommend to go for Quality expert post.

Appraisal and salary increament policy is very bad .Hr most senior manager also doesnot know appraisal and Kra policy properly. Company doesnot recognizes hardwork and doeanot give promotion . Even if promotion is given salary doesnot get corrected same junior level salry is given

Iks appraisal and incentive policy are very bad does not do salary correction after promotion and when ask to Hr manager . She gives irrevelant answers.
