Good work environment and culture supportive teammates. In IKS we can learn alot about RCM, good incentive plans and yearly bonus, there is huge cafeteria with different food options, it has a big campus.

You face salary deductions every month without prior intimation n your query is never solved. They have fired almost 400+ employees in this COVID-19 situation without any prior notice. Everyone in IKS is very rude n will never help u.
