Good non-clinical profile for Doctor with 5 days working and 2 days of holiday a week.
Dislikes
Compensation and growth are average to good; howevr, work-life balance is disturbed. Work pressure, increasing targets and work-hour extension are the main negative factors.

- as per record 5 workings days in week, but they called employees forcefully for the weekend and in return employees got comp off. And the comp off date decide the manager.

One Incident happened one of Team Leader of WellMed Process doing cheap thing with Female employee and he Get caught but because of he is TL the Incident get Closed No further action taken by the Authorities.
And same thing Was done was Associate he get Fired from Authority .
