Appraisal and salary increament policy is very bad .Hr most senior manager also doesnot know appraisal and Kra policy properly. Company doesnot recognizes hardwork and doeanot give promotion . Even if promotion is given salary doesnot get corrected same junior level salry is given

Iks appraisal and incentive policy are very bad does not do salary correction after promotion and when ask to Hr manager . She gives irrevelant answers.

Although they do have a strict Posch rule, in which I had complained about someone, soon to get cornered and lack of opportunities, unnecessary work extensions, leading me to resign out of compulsion and compel to leave.

If you’re desperate for a job that pays on time IKS is a good company. Apart from that if you want career progress and increments then it is all political and this company is not at all worth it. And don’t even get me started on bonuses and extra allowances
