Bad company policies: - Number of leaves less. - Salary is credited after the month ends, on the 1st working day of the next month. - When you resign, hold back 2 months' salary. - FnF is not completed even after 45 days after your LWD. - Worst IT department I have ever experienced.

New projects, new skills for learning & development. Team mates are good. Sat & Sun are off.

Some projects don't have work life balance. Some projects don't have good salary package. Long hours of work. OT is low.

Appraisal and salary increament policy is very bad .Hr most senior manager also doesnot know appraisal and Kra policy properly. Company doesnot recognizes hardwork and doeanot give promotion . Even if promotion is given salary doesnot get corrected same junior level salry is given

Iks appraisal and incentive policy are very bad does not do salary correction after promotion and when ask to Hr manager . She gives irrevelant answers.

You will get to learn a lot of new things, ambience is good.

...ing principle for their employees. No matter how hard you work, you get nothing. You will get a lot of work, you will be promoted too, but you salary will always be a concern if you compare it against the market. You won't be able to manage your expenses and you won't feel that you are financially rewarded as per the tenure in the organization. It is better to switch from this organization, once you are promoted.

If you are ready to drink, dance, and go out for parties with the mid-level to senior management, then all is well. Although they do have a strict Posch rule, in which I had complained about someone, soon to get cornered and lack of opportunities, unnecessary work extensions, leading me to resign out of compulsion and compel to leave.
