Politics at every level, ego centric management at most of top who happen to be reliatives / friends of ceo.. they think they are untouchable, so do what ever they want. Everything controlled by CFO.. every single penny approval has to be taken by cfo.. literary.. Shouting at your juniors, insulting, is a common culture. Don't care at all about ppl leaving.. if you are not good at buttering and just focus on ur own work.. then.. chances of survival are very less and life becomes painful here. Appraisal is based on assumption questions like.. how do u feel the person performed his duties? And regardless of what u fill.. still get 5% flat for entire team if lucky..

I am the boss, and Boss is always right attitude company. Full of relatives and friends of CEO in top management. No Focus on employee or customer satisfaction. Very poor quality or no hardware and tools given to work.

Compensation and growth are average to good; howevr, work-life balance is disturbed. Work pressure, increasing targets and work-hour extension are the main negative factors.

...eaks. Dry promotions, annual appraisal worst. Will get peanuts in the appraisal. Nothing is paid on time. Will get hike in the month of August, instead of April. Overall bad place to work. Cold lay off happens as per the requirement.

-Worst egoistic Quality manager and her team leaders -they provide very less Salary for freshers and on the name of benefits they provide nothing. - as per record 5 workings days in week, but they called employees forcefully for the weekend and in return employees got comp off. And the comp off date decide the manager.
