Exploitation is heavy. Do not pay salaries in time. They lie to the employees with false promises. The management is dishonest. They become rude and abusive if employees express their concerns and terminates the employment with less than one week notice and not paying the salary. Not a good company to work.

Management is friendly and treat employees as a family member. Overall very good platform to learn and to grow in respect of Position and status.

Did not like working. It's the worst company which do not pay salary at time and have not received 2 months salary since 1 year of quitting. People should not work in this company at all. Very much unprofessional and cheating company. False promises and employee receives worst treatment by the company when asking for the rights.

Ikontel solution is one of the best organizations which adopts ethical work culture. The employees are very professional and humble as well. The office culture is amazing. The co-working experience is excellent. Overall, it is one of the best organizations to work with. I am looking forward to growing with this organization.
