Sincerely there's nothing to like about this company.

...loyees are not Treated in a proper way. There was a wild culture in the company. No overtime pay was given to employees who used to work 12 shift. Horrible horrible experience at IKK.

Salary onetime, policy inline with the labor policy of the kingdom, 5days work week for office staff, Organization structure.

Salary scale is below average, No periodic employee evaluation and increments, Politics between departments, poor performance when it comes to collaboration within the organization structure.

They take extra work and they don't pay. They take extreme extra work which was not in your contract. There are no yearly increments even after 6 years of service there is increase in Salary. Managers are not qualified. The main office doesn't respect the poor labor and other staff. The accommodation and other facilities are very poor. There is no planning of work. They shift labors from region to other region within weeks.

The menthing is that worker & staff salary on time this is best of ikk group work environment is good work as team work & lerning more & more new thing etc over all it's good to work with ikk group.

Ikk groupb Didn't caerying there woreker & staff they want only work I have to work 10 to 12 hours staright in day witount any extra benefit & etc
