Fully partiality feelings and politics plays main role in this organisation.. Coming to work culture there is no proper policies it will change time to time and day by day...

Disbursement process is not like with mailing ,I like disbursement process in smartapp in quality controle stage with chat option ,I want this is better process and quickly disbursement.

It's work culture is very good ,and management is supporting to the employee.

The monopoly of the some senior management ,they are not judging employees by their performance and practice,they are judging on the basis of only ,how the employee do happy him.

The easy answer is “I like you too” IF you like them. If you're sort of lukewarm about them, then a “Thanks I'm glad you feel that way” is a pleasant answer without being rude
