Fully partiality feelings and politics plays main role in this organisation.. Coming to work culture there is no proper policies it will change time to time and day by day...

Disbursement process is not like with mailing ,I like disbursement process in smartapp in quality controle stage with chat option ,I want this is better process and quickly disbursement.

It's work culture is very good ,and management is supporting to the employee.

The monopoly of the some senior management ,they are not judging employees by their performance and practice,they are judging on the basis of only ,how the employee do happy him.

Staff issues , not respect for woman's, not saftey for woman's, Not support for lady staff, Use abusive language, 2 mangaers very rudly speaking with other staff members No training, No guides

The company is strategic and motivational finance.Just they are vendors believeness.Just IKF book size is 250, with in two years now it is increased 1500.That capable is having one and only IKF Another plus point is my colleagues came from dealer backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

But growth is slow, when ever we reached at top position that time never changed position.that will continued only role is changed but work is same.
